"Café-standard coffee doesn't come from luck or better beans.
It comes from getting the details right."

01
The Detail

Grinding beans on demand

The aromatic oils that define speciality coffee begin evaporating within minutes of grinding — that's chemistry, not marketing. Pre-ground supermarket coffee, however carefully packaged, never quite delivers what the roaster intended. The integrated burr grinder sorts this at source, milling whole beans on demand seconds before extraction. Every cup captures the full flavour profile — the citrus, the chocolate, the fruit notes, whichever the beans were meant to express.

02
The Detail

Weighing shots to the gram

Ask any barista worth their salt what quietly holds most home espresso back, and dose accuracy will come up at the very top of the list. Too much coffee, and the shot pulls bitter. Too little, and it comes out thin. The on-board precision scale removes that variable altogether — weighing each shot automatically, so the espresso you brew on Tuesday tastes identical to the one you brewed last Sunday. Reliability stops being a hope, and becomes a genuine certainty.

03
The Detail

Preparing milk in parallel

The traditional steam wand delivers glossy hot microfoam with proper café skill — perfect for flat whites, cappuccinos, and layered lattes. Running alongside it, a dedicated cold whisk prepares thick cold foam at the same moment — meaning iced drinks come together in the same amount of time as hot ones, rather than taking twice as long. Dairy, oat, almond, soy, coconut: all texturise reliably, so no one in the household settles for a compromised drink because of their milk preference.

Three Brewing Methods

Every coffee moment, one appliance

Espresso

Deep golden crema, weighty body, café-standard extraction from the very first pull.

🫖
Filter

Clean, bright, and evenly balanced — a proper mug of coffee, done properly, every time.

🧊
Cold Brew

Slow-steeped, silky-smooth, and refreshingly gentle on the palate.

The Numbers

Pays for itself in months

Two shop-bought coffees a day works out at roughly £2,600 across a year. This machine typically crosses into break-even territory within a few short months of daily use — and then keeps quietly rewarding the investment for years afterwards. That's before counting the sheer convenience of never queueing in the rain again.

Made to Last

Engineered for a proper morning ritual

Considered materials throughout, thoughtful construction, and engineering that treats years of reliable daily use as the whole point of the design. Compact enough to slot into any kitchen, elegant enough to sit properly on the worktop, and dependable enough to keep producing brilliant coffee long after cheaper alternatives have quietly given up. A machine designed to become part of the routine — not another gadget destined for the back of a cupboard.

* Final coffee results depend on bean origin, freshness, water composition, and personal taste. Plant-based milks may foam slightly differently to dairy alternatives.
